Comfortable stay, helpful staff, clean rooms, quiet at night, good shower.

Nothing could have been better.

I didn't like anything about sport motel. It was awful. My friend and I booked together, but to be in separate rooms - they put one of us in a completely different motel at least 1/4 mile down the rd. (and this motel looked more like an abandoned building than a motel, though was in a better location). And the owner/manager is incredibly rude. I would not advise anyone to stay there.

I had to arrive very late, about midnight. Reception had already closed by then, but the staff arranged for me an easy way to get the key for my room. This was very helpful. Staff is multilingual. Breakfast is very nice.

It's rather basic. No internet in the rooms, only in the lobby.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the town center and in front of the railway station. It made getting around so convenient. Secondly, the staff were excellent. They were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms had an amazing view of the mountains. Waking up to that every morning was breathtaking.

One small area for improvement would be the ventilation in the rooms.

Free parking and friendly staff. the hotel has free onsite parking and the staff is very friendly. They made us feel welcome and provided information about the area. We enjoyed the Easter egg hunt they organized for the kids. the hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and several restaurants.

Limited breakfast options and no air conditioning in the room. the breakfast only had cold options, such as yogurt and cereal.

Close to the station and with a great location in front of it, I had an easy time getting around this city. Plus, there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient for getting snacks. The hotel was very clean and had all the basic facilities I needed. The staff were helpful and courteous, making my stay more enjoyable.

Over the Easter weekend, we had a decent stay at a hotel in Zweisimmen. The receptionist was polite and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. We particularly enjoyed the amazing view of the mountains through our room's windows. the hotel's proximity to both the train station and ski lift made it easier for us to move around and explore the town.

That the hotel lacks some essential amenities. Room service is unavailable, and there are no staff members on duty during evenings and Sundays.
